My realtor and I have made an offer on the original townhouse I liked. The owners have until 7 o'clock tomorrow (according to the contract) to counter offer.
I am realizing more and more that the term "buying a house" doesn't really sum up this process. It's more like "sweating, panicking, praying, hoping, looking, analyzing, frustrating, rejoicing a house"
